There are many ways to help you quit smoking now and get the healthy lifestyle that you have always wanted but may be elusive to you. If you would like to get free stop smoking products, here are a few tips to help you kick the habit without spending extra.

Stop smoking clinics and booths

Local clinics would usually provide products to those who are trying to quit. They would have forms to fill out so they would have a record of who requested for which items for inventory purposes.

Check out your favorite pharmacy

Pharmacies promote anti-smoking campaigns and would give out free products to help you stop smoking today. Instead of forms, pharmacies have surveys that will help them identify the number of smokers and quitters in a specific area.

Online resources

Websites that promote quit smoking campaigns give out free stop smoking products to those who would request for them. These online websites are usually paid to promote advertiser’s products like nicotine patches, gums, lozenges and others. These can also include books and CDs with step-by-step guides on breaking the habit.

Mobile support programs

Mobile programs are like moving clinics, going around different areas to promote stop-smoking campaigns. You can visit one of these mobile programs and request for samples of products that you can use to quit smoking now.

Doctor’s prescriptions

Every time you visit your doctor, he or she will give you a product to try out other than the one prescribed, or it could be the prescribed drug but in a trial size. This is also true if you are trying to quit smoking today. Ask your physician if there are products that can be recommended to you. You can say that you want to try out different products first to see which is the most compatible to your skin, for example for nicotine patches.

Write to the manufacturer

Instead of going the roundabout way, you can directly send a letter to the manufacturers of stop smoking products and request for samples that you can try. You can make a review of the product and write about it online.

Video reviews

You can make video reviews of the products that you have tried and have them posted on video streaming sites. Promoters would usually send free stop smoking products to you so you can let them know what can be done to improve it.

Correspond with health organizations

The World Health Organization, the American Cancer Society and other health organizations would be glad to hear from somebody who is willing to quit smoking and is asking for their help. You can request for free stop smoking products and guides. It would also be a bonus if they appreciate your trying to help others in doing so.

 Volunteer

If there are campaigns in your area, school events and other community-driven initiatives, volunteer to help promote the program. You do not just inspire others to quit smoking, you also get freebies by doing so, in return.

Participate in seminars and talks

Anti-smoking talks and seminars give out free stop smoking products which may even include CDs, charts, brochures and other materials to help smokers quit. Check out schedules of these events with your state’s health organization and get yourself registered.

These are only a few tips on how you can get stop smoking freebies. How do you obtain free non smoking products? Let us know in the comment section below.
