I began taking Chantix in the beginning of March. (was on it only 3 wks) I suffered TERRIBLE headaches and stopped taking it for that reason, however, I am now able to see (with a clear mind) how much it altered my mood. I was extremely irritable, could not concentrate at work, became depressed, aggitated with my kids. This is not my normal behavior! I have never suffered from depression and am generally a happy person. I can’t say that any of these changes were from not smoking, since I was only able to cut down and did not completely quit. I applaud those who can take this and successfully quit, but can relate to those who have felt suicidal, though I didn’t get to that stage, I can’t say with 100% certainty that I
