My name is Anonymous. My question is this. I take a variety of medications, Morphine Sulphate for Pain, 4 different types of Psychiatric medications, a statin, and others. My question is, “How will Chantix affect these medications? I was told by my Cardiologist that I may have the beginnings of emphysema. He always gets on me for smoking. I understand his concerns but my willpower is at a minimum. My Mental Health Doctor said that she may prescribe Chantix to me but that I would have to come and see her at least once a month to make sure that I was not going into depression again.
