Infrequent:

  1. Angina pectoris, (chest pain)
  2. Arrhythmia, (irregular heartbeats)
  3. Bradycardia, (slow heart beats)
  4. Ventricular extrasystoles, (extra heartbeats)
  5. Myocardial infarction, (heart attacks)
  6. Palpitations, (sensation of your heartbeating )
  7. Tachycardia. (rapid heartbeat).

Rare:

  1. Atrial fibrillation,
  2. Cardiac flutter,
  3. Coronary artery disease,
  4. Cor pulmonale,
  5. Acute coronary syndrome.
