First you must realize that quitting is not about assigning blame. But about providing solutions. Look at your smoking as a problem that you have already solved. That’s right! Look at it as a done deal. Something you beat and just need to recall the solution. And above all you must be persistent and insistent in your search.
The blame game is a losing activity. Blaming the cigarette companies for hooking you is a waste of time (even if it is true). Blaming your self for getting hooked in the first place is not going to get you where you want to be either.
