Quit Smoking – What's Old Is New Again.

by Dr. Antonio Howell, MD

What we are trying to do to help you quit is we are trying to create a new environment for you. Bring about a few changes in the way things are as part of your effort to quit smoking.

Let everything have a new feel about it. If there was a favorite chair in which you used to sit when you smoked, change the upholstery of the chair or maybe you could stash away the chair into a corner.

The point is to do something to remind yourself that things are different from now and that you have turned on a new leaf. And that you will never smoke cigarettes, chew tobacco or smoke cigars again.
