Try to start a new routine. For example try working out or going to the gym. If that is not possible, try waking up a little earlier and go for a short morning walk.

If you can make that a run or a jog, it is going to be very stimulating and is going to be the best way to start your day.

Exercise does not necessarily mean pumping metal. If you do have the time to go to a gymnasium everyday, then that is well and good. However you may not have the time for a regular work out in a gym. So what is the other alternative? Do it at home of course.
