About a week into the New Year now. How are you doing with your resolution? If you decided to quit smoking congratulations. Keep up the good work.
The most important thing about any resolution is actually making one.

Hang in there it is early so if you slipped up you can still get up. And if you are keeping to your resolution more power to you.
