Amy has left a new comment on your post “CAN CHANTIX CAUSE ANGER ISSUES?”:

I took Chantix for a month and was able to quit smoking during week 2.
I stopped taking Chantix a few days after I quit smoking because I found myself getting really angry and lashing out at my husband and children. After I stopped taking Chantix I raged for about 3 weeks. I went to a therapist, talked with friends (all social workers). Chantix appears to have a very negative reaction for some people. An additional consideration- smoking is a coping tool. When your method of coping changes it can mean trouble.

I am still easily angered and starting to feel kinda nutty! It’s to the point that I am really wondering why I quit.
