Whether you’re going to stop naturally (or cold turkey) which I recommend or using medication of some sort. It’s important that you stay focused and plan before you quit smoking.

There is a lot you can do  ahead of time to help yourself quit smoking, you just need to look around you to find the sources of support available which are many.

A positive of preparation is that you will be ready for when things turn challenging and the more you prepare the more confident you will feel. And confidence is a huge plus when trying to quit smoking.
