Quitting smoking is not easy we can all agree.

But quitting smoking is not as hard as you may
think either.

The most important ingredient to become an
ex-smoker is …really wanting it.

It may sound corny but nobody can force you to
do anything you don’t want to do.

The opposite is also true if you really wants to do
something no one can stop you either. You become
an unstoppable force.

So when you say you want to quit, do you really
want to quit? And if “yes”, what is stopping you?
